In honor of #StopFoodWaste day, Greencovery recently joined forces with the Unilever Food Solutions Supply Chain Team for an exhilarating brainstorming session aimed at tackling the formidable challenge of reducing unavoidable waste. The timing couldn’t have been more perfect, as we delved deep into innovative solutions to make a meaningful impact on our planet.

For Greencovery, this collaborative session was not just about sharing ideas; it was a profound learning experience. We gained invaluable insights into the daily waste management struggles faced by the Unilever team, inspiring us to develop even more robust strategies to combat food waste and loss.

In exchange for their insights, we had the pleasure of presenting some of our most groundbreaking concepts, offering fresh perspectives on how Greencovery could support with innovative solutions. It’s moments like these that reaffirm our commitment to driving positive change in the food industry.

But the excitement didn’t stop there! Amidst our brainstorming, we had the delightful opportunity to sample some of our latest creations: a tantalizing range of sauces including ketchup, satay sauce, and a vegan paprika dip. What makes these sauces truly special is that they’re crafted using upcycled fibers, not only enhancing their texture and flavor but also promoting sustainability by reducing waste.
