The extract is easily soluble and has a more intense taste than Parmigiano itself, so a little goes a long way. Perfect for enhancing cream cheese, pesto, bechamel, mayonnaise, bread in a cost-effective and sustainable way!

Greencovery’s Upcycled Okara Fiber is a nutritional, functional and neutral-tasting fiber extracted from the soy pulp that remains after making soy milk or tofu. It is rich in dietary fiber and has a high water holding capacity (i.e. higher than citrus fiber) and oil holding capacity. The fiber shows good cold-gelling properties. Perfect for usage in bakery and culinary applications as well as plant-based meat alternatives.
