Our contribution
Greencovery® enables leading food companies to produce sustainable ingredients from production sidestreams.
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are "a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity by 2030" and Greencovery® technology is capable to positively impact three of them: SDG 2 (.4) Zero hunger, SDG 9 (.4) Industry, innovation and infrastructure and SDG12 (.5) Ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns.
Applying our technology to food manufacturing results on more productivity per unit of raw food, less waste and a CO2 emission reduction of about 40% of the relevant process.
Despite of this opportunity, most companies are busy with their daily business; even if they have the will to focus on recovery, it will take them too long to explore and develop feasible options.
Greencovery® is here to accelerate the time-to-market of new ingredients recovered from side-streams making its customers business more feasible and sustainable.
The founders have invested most of their life understanding the challenges around recovery of side-streams and developing feasible and scalable methods to extract ingredients, supplements, additives and esters from side-streams. The team at Greencovery® has pulled a group of top notch scientists and engineers that were looking for an opportunity to contribute to something unique– an opportunity to wake up everyday and contribute to a more sustainable world.
Reach out to us and let’s start exploring how can we start doing good together.

My dream is to contribute to a waste-free future. I am passionate about bringing sustainable technology innovations to implementation.
My role is to identify the applications of our technology in which we can have the highest impact. I catalyze the connections between the different markets to extract the maximal potential from each side-stream.
I have dedicated 12 years of my career to identify and develop technologies to upcycle valuable compounds from side-streams at different levels of development and organizations (research, start-up and corporate).
